Pharyngitis infection tonsil muscle pain

I've been suffering from tonsills and pharyngitis viral infection since 3 months it swells my neck and cant even eat or shaking of hands legs ear pain excessive sweating and it increase breath. Now I am using medicine which lesser my infection and my blood test shows that SGPT is 50 SGOT 32and uric acid 5.4 but I cant even walk
