I have been having mild chest pains for the last 2 days. While breathing, I feel a sting like pain in the chest. At first, I thought it's just gas but it didn't ease and now I am worried. There is pain in my shoulder and right hand as well.

HELLO PAIN IN RIGHT SHOLDER N RT HAND IS A SIGN OF GALLBLADDER ASSOCIATED  AS VOMIT IS ALSO THERE. ADVISE ULTRASOUND OF WHOLE ABDOMEN SPECIALLY UPPER RIGHT HALF  WITH BILIARY SYSTEM.   TILL THAN  CAPSULE OCID-D BEFORE BREAKFAST AND DINNER FOR THREE DAYS. TABLET TRAMADOL PLUS TWO-TIME A DAY AFTER LUNCH AND DINNER.. O.K, BYE.
