Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Its called "permanent tattoo" for a reason. But yes it can be removed and it will require repeated sittings. You cannot remove it at home.  It has to be done by a laser.  Consult a dermatologist in person for further evaluation and management.. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
