My periods are delay. I had pregnancy test as well' its comes negative. I had period on 25th sep and it's been 5th November. DelayDelayby 10 days.

Delayed periods may be due to hormone imbalance, which needs sex hormones & thyroid hormones evaluation to find out endocrine cause if any. Needs to study ultrasound study of abdomen and pelvis. This needs full proper evaluation
