When I m in periods my body becomes cold , dizziness,stomachache ,cramps ,body pain,and I think I will just die,loss of appetite,backpain ,even there is irregularity in my periods 2 months I don't get periods .I m 16 year old .please tell me some home remedy how to cure this pain .because my board exam is going to come and I do not know when n where I get in periods so I can't write exam in periods please help me.
