Periods delay

It's like 2 months but my periods haven't arrived I don't know why yes I accept that I had a bad schedule not proper diet sleep stress but from a week or more I have changed my things doing all good nd necessary things but still not got my periods why. Before this 2 months the periods I had got was also late like 1 month it never happened before but just it is happening from past few months I had lose my cycle. I feel dizziness, I have dark circles sometimes acne I have gain some body weight on my thigh area  because usually I'm always seated. Dr pls help me what should I do idk what's wrong with me I can't understand.
