I had protected sex for the first time, but to be in a secured side, I took one ipill tablet. After 7 days I got my periods and I have pain in my stomach and chest also. Is this normal after taking the medicine or do I have to do something to reduce the pain? What food should I eat to reduce the pain? I have no idea please help me what should I do?

Hello, Hot water bag to apply locally .take ajwainhalf TEASPOON n less than one fourthspoon black salt with luckwarm water. Pain abdomen relived.when you have PROTECTED SEX than no need of ipILL, tab meftal forte if required u can take one. Plenty of liquids. Light diet.ok.
