Hello Madam/Sir I am trying to conceive. I had my ovalation at my 19 th day of my period. I had light brown discharge from 26 th day of period Finally period came at my 28 th day of my period.  That is period 8 days after my ovulation. I am taking progesterone tablet after my ovulation. Still my period came earlier. unable to conceive. I had frequent urination problem also from past two month ( 10  to 11 times per day ) My sugar level 81 before food. My hemoglobin level is 12.2 Can anyone please tell me what is the problem? This is implantation failure? Or some other reason? What is the cause of implantation failure? How to overcome this?
