Hi sir, madam, Is Peri Anal abscess surgery is painful. Do we need to do packing or dressing after the surgery for how many days Thank you

Ideally perianal abscess should undergo drainage (incision and drainage) under spinal anaesthesia  or local anaesthesia This procedure do relieve your pain a lot
Next Steps
we can go for internal drainage of the abscess where no wound would be there outside depending on the position and track of abscess. If it's open drainage, then you will have to do dressing for 5 -7 days
