How to cure penis smegma. Daily 2 times wash penis but not cure. It's very irritating ang small cracks under foreskin. Cracks form on sleeping, masturbation and intercourse time. Penis foreskin not cover my glans in without erection. The glans fully exposed every time. my penis not circumcised
