Hello sir! Why my penis skin is peeling off. Not on glans or foreskin But at near base and under penis. It's thin dry white skin peeling off. No burn no itch Is this infection? I'm having fungal in thighs? Due to this? I'm scared. Can I meet general physician for it ?
