Negative report of blood, urine , scrotum ultrasound but I feel like nerves of my penis are irritated due to abusive, raw and overmasturbation which is not tolerated by me when pain occurs. and this is not psychological pain as it sudden start like current run in my penis so I request you to please suggest me any HOMEOPATHY OR AYURVEDIC MEDICINE to treat injured nerves due pat 10 yrs masturbation

Please.do maturbation gently I don't we can see the nerves in your penis it is only a misconception. Basically when you masturbate there will be pain in the penis so I think be gentle in the act.
