Respected sir .. I saw yesterday red spot on my glans. I applied sarfaz sn. Today I saw that there small red patch like peeling of skin. And the fore skin cover that point have that same red spot. It was not there before. I washed it with warm water. When I touch it has little sensation. I applied sarfaz sn again. What is that. What should I do now
