Greeting respected doctors In my sonography report It show no pelvic collection seen! I did USG on 15 may Did pelvic collection is important for ovolution? My cycle length is 30 or 31

Consult Now
No pelvic collection means no pathology . Its absolutely normal. To check ovulation u have to look for size of ovaries through transvaginal sonography.
