Good Day Doctor! First of all, I would like to introduce myself, I am Jonas Markus, 17 yrs old and Male. My healtth concern is that every morning, my pee burns and is orange in color, but only in the morning. The rest is already yellow in color and it doesn't burn as well only in the morning. Also I already have discomforts in the lower abdomen just above the genitals. Then whenever I press or palpate my lower abdomen, somehow there is vibration produced, which I think are gases. Is it normal? Or am I having an infection?

Hi there I understand your concern... It may be due to urinary tract infection....Urinary tract infections can be painful, but you can take steps to ease your discomfort until antibiotics treat the infection.....Drink plenty of water. Water helps to dilute your urine and flush out bacteria....Avoid drinks that may irritate your bladder.... Avoid coffee, alcohol, and soft drinks containing citrus juices or caffeine until your infection has cleared. They can irritate your bladder and tend to aggravate your frequent or urgent need to urinate....if no improvements Consult nearest physician they will help you further..
