Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Instead of asking us the symptoms, you could have posted the symptoms here so that we could give you a probable diagnosis. Anyways, difficulty in initiation of movements, usually men find problem in combing their hairs, buttoning the shirt etc. They take small steps while walking, stiffness while initiating movements, speech problems etc. Consult a neurologist in person for further evaluation and management.
