Sir a patient is suffering from paralysis left part of the bodies is paralysed. Left hand and left leg.left hand is not working.treatment is go on. some improvement but there is no improvement in hand.where is the best treatment of paralysis.

hello there. what's the age of the patient? the most likely cause of paralysis of one half of the body is a blood clot or bleeding in the brain. since his left side is affected, the problem is in the right side of the brain. and since both the limbs are affected, the culprit artery could be of the MCA territory which supplies the internal capsule area of the brain where all the fibres from the brain converge. consult a neurologist. regards
