Painless Swelling at back of left knee

There is a small painless Swelling at the back of my left knee.identified the day before..No pain but a small lump above the calf and behind the kneecap

This might be a Baker's cyst. Get a MRI done to confirm the same . Treatment is a USG guided percutaneous needle aspiration with intrarticular depoprednisolone injection.
