Pain on touch near private part

Sir, I have a pain in the right region where tummy meats legs, I have attached photograph for your reference. Pain is absent on normal activities but when I touch it is painful, also there is very minute swelling and feeling like some kind of object is preventing me to lift my leg and touch it to my tummy during yoga. Kindly guide I have highlighted the area for your reference.
