Pain on left side of chest & arms pain

Bearing pain on left side of chest and extending to the mid and right side too.. Pain in right and left arms nerves. Feeling so weak and has taken ecg and echo. Attached reports for reference. Could you please let me know the cause of the pain!

Hi, your ecg has T wave inversion probably non specific. Echocardiogram reported as buckling of AML but not mentioned about Mitral valve prolapse. Your symptoms may be due to gastritis and anxiety. Check haemoglobin levels. If symptoms persists consult with doctor.
