Pain in vein of palm

2018-10-01 02:02:09
So about 2 weeks ago I had a pain across my left arm and wrist, and was told it was Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. A few days go by and my arm felt fine, but as of recently, I keep getting a pain in the left palm of my hand. It does not hurt immensely but it keeps bothering me. It comes and goes every now and then. I feel like that pain is a vein on my left hand. I believe what caused my carpal tunnel syndrome was a pinched nerve, is that what is causing my hand pain? I would like to know why it keeps coming back and if there's anything I can do about it. I know in some cases if carpal tunnel syndrome is unattended it can get worse, so I want to try to avoid that. Thank you!

If its a normal pain, then Oil Application and exercises of the Wrist, fingers, elbow, neck, and shoulder would be helpful. Correct posture of the neck and shoulder is required. But if the pain is throbbing and burning kind, the line of treatment is different.
