To alleviate gastritis symptoms, try home remedies like ginger tea, chamomile tea, aloe vera juice, avoiding spicy or fatty foods, eating bland foods like bananas or yogurt, taking antacids or acid reducers, staying hydrated, and practicing stress-reducing techniques like deep breathing or meditation.
