Pain in top and crown of head

Since 15-20 days, I am having severe headache on top and crown of my head. And also sometimes , only on one side of head. The pain is pinching type and dull pain. I feel that the pain comes from deep down of the head. And also some tenderness on the scalp of that area.I have no other symptoms except increased vision on left eye. Kindly help 🙏 me in diagnosis. Is it something serious?

You have classic tension headache with scalp tenderness and also your age. Other diagnosis vascular headache though less likely. Consider massage and cold compress. Try anti inflammatory if no relief.
