Pain in thigh (right leg)

Sir/Mam From a couple of days i I am having pain while walking in my thigh which radiates from upper thigh to knee which leads to discomfort in walking for me .It usually occurs when i am sitting for a longer period than try to walk the pain becomes worse. What should i do? Can you please tell me any kind of medicine or exercise which could give me relief from this pain?

Its mostly due to nerve compression, calcium and vitamin deficiencies. Need some more information to prescribe proper medications. Consult privately for proper prescription

May be due to calcium deficiency or development of nerve compression. Detailed history and examination is advisable. Take lot of fluids with calcium/ Vitamin D rich diet. Back muscle strengthening exercises may be beneficial
