It's my 1 St trimiater going..why I am getting mild pain in between in my stomach and lower abdominal is there any serious issue

Please It may be due to acidity Take Cold milk regularly Take small and frequent feeds of light food Take Tab raciper  5 1 on empty stomach Sy mucaine 2 tsf three times a day Reconsult if needed
