This is called plantar fasciitis. You may have pain on standing or walking after a period of rest…night or day.
Try stretching your foot against the edge of a step on a stair case and tip toe walking for a few minutes twice daily.
Also rolling a frozen water bottle for 5-10 minutes below your feet twice a day may help.
If nothing works you will need to consult an orthopedic Surgeon
Pain in ankle and feet and cannot stand without fluppy slippers and pain in thighs
