Pain in right hand should

Not continues but the right hand don't want to move or allow to work. Can't sleep with right hand side. I am unable to work very simple work due to this pain. Pain has reduced if I stop working anything frim right hand.

pain maybe due to degeneration of joints consult orthopedic surgeon ,better get evaluated and treated
