I am a male (22 Years). I feel a slight pain in my left nipple when it is pressed. I recognized it when I was lying on bed on my chest. It does not pain usually but only when it is pressed. It also hurts while running. There is no bleeding or nay thing. Both the nipples look the same. No rashes etc.
