In my opinion it could be bcoz of post COVID muscle weakness.It seems like plantar fasciitis.You can try treatment ie don’t overexert like avoid prolonged standing or walking,apply ice pack for 3-4 mins 3-4 times a day especially in the morning before leaving bed,apply anti inflammatory gel on your heel side cover half foot lower side as all trigger points are present there,while sleeping place a cushion or pillow below ankle and last wear comfortable footwear,no heels and buy a plantar fasciitis insole and wear it throughout day while standing inside your footwear ,buy the one that just covers your heels they are silicone base available on Amazon.Hope this should help you,try it for 5-7 days ,if not much difference show it to a physiotherapist near you so that they can provide some advance therapy depending upon condition.
