I am having sharp pain in lower abdomen for a month. If i bend then this pain increases. I got ultrasound done and got this in report 'Left ovary is enlarged in size containing a cystic lesion measuring 3.05*2.63*2.13 cm. Cyst shows septa and fine echoes inside.' I consulted with doctor online and she prescribed Drotin M for 5 days twice daily and Azithromycin for 2 weeks. After having this medicine, Still i am having pain . Please suggest.
