if you sit long time at same time also you will get the pain in legs . and get yourself checked if you have any varicose vein( dilated vessel ) of leg .it is also one of the cause . and keep yourself fit by eating good food. and daily 30 minutes exercise will make difference in your problem. after this it persists consult a general physiciab.
