Pain in Left Nipple (areola) region

I am a obese boy and I have pain in left nipple (areola) region. I had this problem since 3 month but sometime it disappears and when I do Intensive chest workout pain start. I do not have any lump or fluid discharge but my nipple is going inside. I had cracked nipple. Please help me. Is it a normal condition or anything serious ??
