Second - Form last 3 months pain in both hand. Finger's. Specially in morning hour, Middle finger is sometime automatically bend and lock. Having romotic heart problem Went to Aurveda Center they suggest some medicine that won't work. Work as a nurse earlier for heat and pain issue penadur LA12 and allopathic medicine that helps. As per age concern won't go for any side effects. Kindly suggest.
