Pain in infusion area

I had iron infusion in forearm last month .. two doses went well in had .. one in forearm there was swelling immediately they removed abd r Thrombopleb i aplled swellind went but pain that had and infusion site pain is der its not normal like ither hand .. can u please suggest ant treatment or will it cure on its own or is it serious if any clot present
