Pain in heels and base of feet after getting up from sleep early in the morning. Have done icing but no relief.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Keep no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. -- .Do mild exercises for the affected part.back and lower limbs and foot and ankles. --.(Take help of physiotherapist or you can visit my YouTube channel Dr. N. Ugesic (Piroxicam) 20mg 1 tab od x 5days --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. -(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --Do ask for a detailed treatment plan. Pain in the heels, especially after waking up and relieving after walking for a while is suggestive of plantar fascitis. You will have to focus on calf stretching exercises which will help relieve the stress on the plantar fascia every time you bend the ankle. Apply ice after the physiotherapy and you can apply warm before.

Probably plantar fascitis. Can do contrast baths( placing your feet 10 minutes in hot water followed by 10 minutes in cold water in the morning before walking). Also, can try analgesics such as Brufen 400/Proxym 300. Physiotherapy(ultrasound therapy) can also provide relief
