Hello dear,
Hope you and your lived ones are safe!
Identifying problem is most important. We need to first evaluate the reason behind pain. Had the said tooth experienced any injury or trauma or infected? Or does your teeth have calculus attached, which is very common on outer surface of upper teeth? Or is it tooth fracture? Or is it a simple Gum Injury while Tooth Brushing?
Let's evaluate that first ..
