Hi Please help me out . Actually my friend slip from stairs . Its paining badly and there is swelling in right feet . I applied some gel but i am not able to get relief from this pain . I took combiflame but this pain is not decreasing . Please tell me some measures that i can adopt to cure this . Please reply asap. Thanks

Hello Dear, It might be possible that you have fractured your ankle. Please take an X Ray so that you can find out the reason.

Hello, if there is no fracture u can ally crepe bandage of yr ankle n only ice pack. one should not apply any gel or Iodex on blunt injury like one that u had.initially it should be only ice pack n anti inflammatory like combiflam

Hello there. I can understand your concern, you can take a tab. zerodol-th8 twice a day after food and apply a ice pack. is there any swelling? kindly consult a orthopedician in person for further evaluation and management of your case. you will also need to get a X-ray done to see if there is any damage to the bone or other tissue. best regards, Dr. anil kumar jain.
