My chest starts paining when i don't eat anything or i walk for long time....after that my back also starts to pain and i can't breathe normally

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Your History is very insufficient to say anything. So better to get it checked out by a MD consultant physician in person for further evaluation and management.  After examination, he will be able to tell you what it is better. Best regards.
