2025-05-31 04:23:07
From last 12 days every morning around 5 to 7 , i feel pain in centre point of chest and same pain go in back. If i continue lay on bed then pain remain constant and if i wake up and do normal work, pain decreases and in max 1.5 hour, pain disappear. In that pain i can do any heavy work, pain do not increase. I did one thing today, pain starts at 5 AM, i get up and do normal work. Pain gets finished at around 7 AM. Then i again go to bed for sleep at 7 AM and what i observed that pain starts again after 5 minute of laying down. Now i am  going to tell about tests. I go through two ECG before 6 days. One ECG when no chest pain in evening. And another when i had chest pain at 6AM. Both ECG reports were similar and normal as per my Physician. A test also done before 6 days was TROPONIN I test. That was also normal. Result was 8.4 ng/l.  W/A USG done that was also normal with grade 1 fatty lever. Also x-ray extract abdomen done, that was also normal. What could be the problem. Please Help.

Aprat from all non dangerous causes like Gastric acid reflux, Costochondritis and musculoskeletal pain which are all easily treatable, Cardiac issues cannot be completely ruled out in your case. So Take an Treadmill test which will give you exact picture. In this test they will ask you walk on the tread mill with increasing intensity while attached to ecg monitor . It measures your cardiac electrical activity while you are walking so we can rule out Myocardial Infarction.

You’re mostly suffering from Gastroesophageal Reflux disease or simply just a very Severe case of Acidity which makes you feel so much pain and burning Evaluation is needed by a Gastroenterologist and might need endoscopy to rule out any Gastric Ulcer or Antral Gastritis caused by Helicobacter Pylori which is very common and persists even after taking normal antacids (need to start H.Pylori specific meds if this comes positive) or you might be suffering from Hiatus Hernia Please contact a Gastroenterologist Do you have other Symptoms like Breathlessness on exertion or you wake up from sleep catching for breath in the middle of the night if these symptoms are not present then mostly Cardiac cause is ruled out Start Taking - Tab Rabemac DSR For 5 days-7 days along with A Syrup Sucrafyl - O 2tsp Three times a day for 5 days and if the symptoms still persist kindly consult a Gastroenterologist Avoid Alcohol spicy or oily food with cold drinks and take light frequent meals with Salad and Fruits on a regular basis and start exercising You need to get a hold of Your life and things will get better before you know it
