I am have pain in bottom foot with slight swelling. I pain has been for 4-5 days. Swelling comes and goes. Pain is acute sometimes

if you haven't had any injury then I would suggest taking anti inflammatory medications for 3-5 days . If symptoms still persist you would need Xrays and blood investigations.
