Dear Dr, I had undergone Anal Fistula Oper 4 yrs back and it completely cured. sometime I feel burning sense  while emptying stool i thought it may due to spicy food but for past 10 days the pain is is increasing and i feel like burning it cont for whole day and some time I feel bleeding while emptying kindly suggest
