  4. Pain in anal area since 15 days. Done?

Pain in anal area since 15 days

I have pain in anal area since 15 days and sometimes pus in stool, I have referred doctor he diagnosed as anal sepsis after rectal and anal examination and given antibiotics for 5 days and follow up after 5 days. Is anything more needed to be done? I worried about complications. Please suggest what to be done.
