Got an insect bite last night. Yesterday applied acetone but now pain has spread till neck. Can somebody help me to get rid of the pain please

Hello when first thing if it would have been better if you had the specified where exactly was the bite and and I would examine it how bad it is.. I would suggest you to take antihistamine tablets for now.. please make a physician.. Thank you
