Pain around anal region only on sitting

Im suffering from anal pain since more than a year . I only get that pain only during sitting. I'm not sure if the pain is in anus or perianal. It doesn't feel like a deep pain. I'm a mbbs student . It is affecting my life in a serious manner. I ve been treated for Haemmorhoids and fissures number of times . Still no one got my diagnosis . Please help!
