Pain and swelling in left thigh

Pain and swelling in the left lateral side of thigh since 2 months. Pain is more during abduction of thigh and squatting. I had recieved 3 intramuscular injection on the same gluteal region 3 months back for vit b 12 deficiency at 1 weekly interval. Now pain is much less than before but it is still dere since 2 months. Getting worried. Kindly advise. Also I had a Koch's contact MDR tb 6 months back.

I think you need a proper examination by a orthopaedician.normally you shouldn't get swelling with injections
