Pain and hardness after breast biopsy

Hi Doctors, My wife had undergone extensive core breast biopsy 15 days back. Found out to be benign lump. The biopsy site is not healed yet. It is paining and hard to touch. Doctor told blood may have collected. It is over quarter of breast. Please suggest on treatment. Does it go away in few weeks or it needs draining. Will draining require cut or just needle drain. Please suggest. Thank you

Inv : Ultrasound examination of the breast should be done. CBC and RBS and detail history is needed
