I'm pregnant 24 weeks with my first child both of  my breasts (not entire under half only) look like orange peel i don't have any redness or lump I had fibrocystic breast on both 2 years before.is it normal or sign of inflammatory breast cancer pls someone help me with this what should I do next I'm so worried
