I'm suffering from oddly big size of my arms with respect to my whole body. My height is 5' and weight is 50.5 kgs my overall body measurement is 32-26-35. My arm size is 13" which is very odd. I don't understand whether it is fat or water retention issue. I'm a gym goer for last 4 years I've reduced my overall body weight and size except for my arms it's just same for last 4/5 yrs.
