I have no feel numbness in upper foot and burning sensation in veins . I get intense pain in upper foot in every few mins Ankle swollen only in right leg. I had gout attack few months back but now uric acid is normal no sugar no thyroid. Dolo 650 and pregablin is not working I tried few other painkillers too. Suggest medicine please. Also when I wake up  feel numbness in fingers too it takes time for my hands to get normal. Foot is paining more at night.  Images shows the pain spots.
