Hi i am 24 yr boy. Fond of running approx 4 days a week for 25 minutes but past sometime i can hear noise in my knee the time i bend it but it didn't pain . Can you please suggest something.

Occasionally hearing pops, snaps, and crackles when you bend your knees doesn’t necessarily mean you have some disease. However, consult orthopedician for further evaluation...
